As head of an engineering department consisting of 12 engineers/technicians, I focus on having a high performing and dedicated team to assure increasingly high performance, customer orientation, and delivering high quality. I deliver outstanding results in outsourcing of several steps in the design process by utilizing agile methods. We are utilizing PLM systems, 3D CAD system NX as well as in team developed process tools to support our work. I am enabler of digitalization and process improvements: To deliver a high business performance I challenge our IT organization to enable them to optimize their support of our business architecture. I take leadership of process changes throughout the organization where I make use of the right ideas and a visionary mindset. I dare to challenge the culture across silos and I am skilled in making top management support my ideas. I act as an enabler of process improvements where I take ownership of ideas, proof of concepts as well as change management. I have a deep understanding of business process architecture and know-how to utilize digitalization to automate processes by bringing data in use. I have an entrepreneur profile that I utilize to create collaboration and results across silos.
