Erik Winkel Ethelfeld

With a background as mechanical engineer I have +20 years of experience within development of medical devices, IVD and combination products. I have experiences within Front End Innovation and brought several products through manufacturing scale-up and launch. Based upon a versatile background from positions within product development, manufacturing and marketing I have worked as senior project manager, department manager and as head of a project office implementing the Integrated Product Development- and Portfolio Management process. An international viewpoint is ensured through 5 years of work abroad and positions in international oriented companies and projects. As manager I have become known for my high productivity and my ability to lead teams and deliver the promised results in alignment with stakeholder expectations. I believe that honest and direct dialogue and diversity generates a creative, humorous and productive group environment.
