I'm currently working with ICA (one of the biggest consumer retailers in Sweden) in an organization wide marketing transformation program, aiming for personalized and automated marketing – all in the complex context of 1000+ individually owned stores and businesses.Given the changing marketing landscape I take interest in a large number of topics: branding, marketing, CRM, IT-architecture, data modelling, artificial intelligence and machine learning, reporting and analytics, user experience, customer experience, front end development, agile methodology etc.Advanced user and specialist of Adobe creative tools, HCL/Acoustic (former IBM) marketing software, Quadient Inspire platform as well as many other digital tools and technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL etc.Marketing should be the art of being helpful and delightful.
