Combining a passion for the outdoors with my work ethic, and an MBA and business undergrad, I am excited to apply my experiences to growing my professional career. I've honed my experience over ten years - with both quantitative and qualitative dimensions in roles such as accounting coordinator, residential construction, landscaping, professional guide, real estate accounting clerk, research intern, sales associate, and sustainable project manager. I progressed into more in-depth contributions for several well-known outdoor companies. Some of my biggest achievements to date include: • Developing innovative sustainable packaging and supplier relations for bikes sold domestically and internationally as my MBA capstone project with Yeti Cycles. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders, researching innovative materials, and developing new designs/prototypes scheduled to be implemented in May 2022. Our goal is to create more efficient operations, reduce plastic waste, and decrease operating costs with simpler sustainable package designs. • Working with the fly fishing company, Fishpond USA as a pivotal member of an award-winning marketing consulting team creating ROI for their B Corp certification by providing actionable solutions. Our work proved leveraging such certification into customer awareness or conversions is achievable. • Co-developing a new product in the hunting industry, Top Hand Tripods. I've been involved on the ground level with product ideation, prototyping, and testing and on the business level developing the marketing and brand strategy, sustainable supply chain roadmap, risk management plan, and initial financials. This product is expected to roll out Spring of 2023 following trade shows and has solidified my knowledge of and passion for new product development. I'm on LinkedIn to expand my network!
