Erik Raven-Hansen

I am currently defending several clients in follow-on multidistrict civil litigation, helping them to navigate discovery and manage motion practice. I am also defending clients in a DOJ investigation of alleged cartel activity, including alleged price-fixing and market-division. In this role, I have helped coordinate internal investigations, prepare and deliver evidentiary proffers to the DOJ, and prepare and represent numerous witnesses for interviews. Some of my other litigation experience includes: * drafting and researching legal briefs and pretrial memoranda for a variety of litigation actions; * managing ediscovery and overseeing collection and preservation efforts; * working with expert witnesses to hone reports and testimony; * taking and defending depsitions, and preparing clients and witnesses for deposition and trial testimony; and * counseling trade association on antitrust compliance and monitoring trade-group meetings.
