Erik Waldo

Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. I’ve taken what I’ve learned working in sales, account management, and customer success roles and transitioned into a career in recruiting. I'm fortunate because learning about people and their lives and discovering ways to help them is what excites me most, and I get to do that every day. I’m passionate about earning the trust of others, building strong/lasting relationships, leading with empathy, and delivering at a high level. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and I seek exposure to different perspectives. On my free time, you can find me exploring the great outdoors with my lovely wife and rescue dog, testing my might at the gym, cooking healthy (and sometimes not so healthy) foods, and playing video games.
