Erika Holand Tøsse

I work as the Partnership Manager for the Norwegian Alpine Ski Team where I am responsible for strategically developing and delivering our products and concepts to our partners. I also follow up on cooperation agreements, manage all partner-related digital communication, social media, and media communication. As a former alpine skier, I have learned the importance of being structured with my work, setting both short-term and long-term goals, and the value of teamwork. I also used my knowledge and passion as a board member in the Norwegian Alpine Committee right after retiring as an alpine skier. I hold a bachelor's degree in Creativity, Innovation, and Business Development, and have studied one-year law school and International Business in New York. I am experienced in managing key tools and methods in strategy, innovation, research, quantitative and qualitative methods, including modern approaches like lean startup, design thinking, customer development, and business model generation. I am specialized in business economics, with macro- and micro-analysis as a foundation. During my internship at Young Sustainable Impact, I learned methods in business models, team mentoring, sustainability work, workshops, and working with global and remote teams, as well as with participants in the innovation program.
