I am passionate in fixing and troubleshooting problems both software and hardware. It all started when my father asked me to fix his phone for the first time. The issue was not that complicated but seeing his happy face did actually make me happy. That had left a big impact in my motivation, in my career direction in the future: I want to make as many people happy as possible by tackling, troubleshooting any problems both in terms of hardware and software. I have, then, started to wander around the Internet for tutorials in fixing computers, from the tutorials about assembling or disassembling all hardware components in a PC to videos about troubleshooting the error that keeps Window Security down all the time. But I have "opened my eyes" more during my education at Durham College. Here the materials/skills was taught in a system from beginner to more advanced. I have learned new programming languages, how to set up/customize networking devices such as routers and switches, and especially - a deep insight in computer hardware - even deeper than those YouTube videos I watched before. This place has cemented my belief of what I have chosen to do in my life: fixing/troubleshooting as many devices as possible to see the happiness and satisfaction of all the customers. This summer, I graduated Durham College with the final GPA of 4.79. I am now taking my last 2 years of studying at Ontario Tech University - Bachelor of Network & IT security. It will be much more challenging to keep up the momentum gained during my first 2 years at college. However, like Ted Rogers - the founder of Rogers Communication Inc. Once said: "the best is yet to come!". There is one certain thing for sure: I am ready to take on any challenges to contribute and bring the smile to the company, the clients and myself!
