As an avid, go-getter type of person, I take pride in remaining committed to finishing a project from beginning to end. I have an extreme passion for solving problems. I believe this passion comes from a great sense of creativity. Starting from the bottom in engineering helped in gaining the ability to teach myself various programs, industry standards, and how to find the answers to some of the most complex issues. I enjoy the hard work it takes to produce efficient, cost-effective, and visually pleasing projects. My ability to learn quickly and retain information has aided in the rapid advancements I have been lucky enough to experience. With 18 years in various roles in MEP Engineering, it was easy to transition into the construction industry. It's here that I believe I have found my calling. I was hired as an Assistant Project Manager but quickly took on many roles and acted as Project Manager for several commercial interior projects here in Austin. I would love to continue building my career as an APM/PM, or Project Engineer. I believe that a positive attitude, quick ability to learn, and understanding that the engineering and construction fields can be fast paced are key traits in succeeding in these industries.
