• Work with sales and support teams nationally to develop sales strategies, targeted customer sales focus, and campaigns to grow Furniture category. • Lead recurring sales team and individual calls to determine areas of growth and opportunities for development. • Participate in on-site cross-functional meetings with sales leaders and vendors. • Develop strategy for newly created roles in the Furniture Sales team to drive focus, growth and accountability. • Create and maintain Sales Force DotCom dashboard for sales team to follow leads, backlog, and current projects. • Attend Account Leader trainings on location with Furniture vendors to develop programs and equip sales teams. Facilitate follow up meetings with each team afterwards to provide continuing education, resources, and encourage growth.
