I am a self-motivated, hardworking person who works well both individually and as part of a team. Throughout my career, I have gained substantial and meaningful experience in the specialisms of project management and process improvement to be able to add value to – and to learn from – a world class business; a Business where my degree in Software Systems for the Arts and Media, HND in Computing, my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and my APM Project Fundamentals (APM IC) certificates can all be put to good use for the competitive advantage of the company. My diverse portfolio of roles and responsibilities including: Project Management of HR, Airport Operations, Customer Experience, IT and Facility Maintenance, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement and project delivery, give me a vantage point and place me above average especially when considering the cultural dimension of my experiences and deliverables. I have developed tailor-made training material, trained and mentored over 200 delegates on lean tools and techniques as well as led the writing and standardisation of up to 1800 processes and procedures leading to the grand opening of a multi-billion dollar airport.
