I started my carrier at Fırat Plastic A.Ş. In 2007 as Production Engineer. I was in charge of plastic masterbatch production lines with a team of 18 employees. Our mission was to deliver semi-finished products to main lines on time and also development of new products to reduce the material costs. In August 2008, I have joined the BSH family. Until June 2014, I continued my carrier as a manufacturing engineer in FRFI2 Side by Side Cooling Factory. I took the responsibility of thermoforming lines, door and body foaming machines, metal lines, pre assembly and main assembly lines during that time. I leaded many projects including safety, infrastructure activities, invest budget planning, machine and equipment procurement, productivity improvement and cost reduction projects. I also involved as a project member in many logistics and quality improvement projects. In June 2014, I changed my carrier path to production again and since that time, I am working as Production Head of Section in Cooling Factory. My main role is planning and managing my team to achieve daily, monthly and yearly business plan targets by continuous improvement, 8/D and six sigma black belt projects. I am also responsible for management of factory relations with Labour Union. As personel and team development is in the center of my carrier plan, I am an active team member of BSH Management Development Pool.
