An experienced HR & Business Management professional with 10+ years across not-for-profit, community and corporate sectors. Working as Change Lead and Business Analyst, I have continually discovered areas where organisations can make improvements to process and operations, resulting in efficiency gains and strengthening culture. Focusing on business improvement outcomes, change management practices and relationship building, I am passionate in motivating and coaching people thereby bringing them on the change journey. With the ability to adapt as required to changes in the task at hand in fast-paced environments, one of my key strengths is the ability to connect and communicate complex solutions to a business audience with confidence. As a problem solver, my innovative and conceptual thinking style enables a strategic, positive and creative approach to resolving long standing problems. I am motivated by seeing the positive impact that emerges when staff are empowered to take the lead and make a difference across the organisation not only in business improvements, but relationally and culturally.
