As CEO of 2 businesses, a partner in international service companies and as executive board member, my wife and I have crated a “value added partnership” with similar minded businesses to take them to another level. Our original company, High-Light Electric Inc., has grown to be one of the most reputable construction companies in SoCal. A minority owned company that allows staff to grow within. We develop a team specifically to allow us to time to partner with businesses while living in GA. We have an interest in mentoring entrepreneurs towards successful daily practices and decisions making for the last 15 years. By partnering with other businesses in becoming a “value added partner”, we were able to better equip them for the challenges that are ahead often missed in the planning or growth stages. This passions to be part of great companies lead me to become an executive board member in a strong regional contractor’s association (SCCA) and with LIUNA, a large labor union organization, which manages over $1 Billion in labor assets and investments with over 1 Million man hours a year. When I’m not coaching select people to a high level or joining a company through value added partnership, you will find me playing basketball or in an occasional acting role to break the routine. Otherwise, we are traveling the world meeting new people and experiencing new places with my family.
