Senior Advisor/Team Leader/Coach/Lead Auditor with more than twenty five years of experience within the field of industrial safety, -quality and -environment (HSEQ Engineering). Strong expertise in Chemical- and Industrial Installations (EC-standards). For the Chemical-, Energy- and Oil&Gas industry the focus is on Sustainable Engineering, Safety reviews, Management Systems, Compliance and People management. And more specific in the following fields: - safety policy and risk management (a.o. ATEX, Machine Guidelines, BRZO VBS), - safety-management, -culture and ARBO-legislation, - due diligence, management audits and EU-legislation, - chemical assessments, storage and management of hazardous substances (a.o. REACH and PGS15) - technical/economic feasibility studies, - environmental emissions, gas clean up technologies, - energy conversion technologies a.o. Gasification and combustion of biomass and waste streams. - IPPC/IED and BAT (including cost effectiveness assessments), - EMAS, ISO 14001, ISO9001, ISO50001 and OSHAS18001 audits, - industrial safety projects focusing on storage of hazardous goods (CPR15-1 etc.), - industrial noise. I carried out due diligence assessments and Environmental & Safety audits for the Dutch industry and for international industries in CEE countries (such as Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia) and the Middle East (Israel, Bahrain).
