Throughout my time in college and then quickly transitioning into the working world I have always known hard work is how to pave the way to where I want to go. I have grown so much over this past year being at the YMCA from meeting so many amazing people to myself in general. I have gained so much experience in so many different areas from customer service to supervising, etc. I have been able to see a need in a community and be able to figure out a way to help and better myself along the way.
