I have a natural passion for Total Rewards which is a balance between analytics & numbers and engaging with people daily whilst balancing a host of metrics. The 4th industrial revolution and focus on digitalisation excites me as it is a fine balance to ensure hyper-personalisation and lead organisational change in an empathetic way.
