As an essential part of the Philips Wellcentive organization I am responsible for: Processing incoming orders into Order Management System (OMS), received via email and/or fax. Device Management for new installations, add-ons, accessories, returns (de-installations) and replacements. Allocate devices to designated patients in the OMS system and eCC application. Investigate and follow up with Supply Chain department for returns with no returned material authorization (RMA). Assist in reconciliation of device inventory. Manage and maintain the daily customer priority ship list. Work with internal Tier1 and Tier2 Support and external vendors with coordinating status and shipment priority inventory Ensure accuracy of order entries into the OMS platform Ensure the daily reports are functioning and operational with the Installation Team
