Previously, I worked as a Product trainer. I was in charge of planning, creating and facilitating training for our customer service, premium service and Enrollment departments. My ability to go into these various departments and recognize and act on process improvement led to my promotion to a supervisor. While managing a team of 25 employees, I continued to train classes and coordinate and lead large projects. In addition to this experience, I excel at exceptional customer service and creative thinking. I’m able to follow the rules but I really enjoy thinking outside of the box and bringing new things to the table.
