I am a labor and employment attorney and HR professional. I have substantial experience in labor relations including union organizing drives, negotiations, mediation, arbitration and union avoidance. I am the chief spokesperson and negotiations team leader for all collective bargaining agreements in the United States and Canada. I am responsible for all facets of interpretation, application and enforcement of those agreements. I posses a broad knowledge of human resource functions. I am the principal responsible for HR compliance and policies; I manage workforce impact and transition during mergers acquisitions, divestitures, closures and restructures; provide guidance on complex disciplinary matters and employee investigations. I also manage the Company immigration program to find best talent solutions and build workforce capabilities.I have extensive experience in complex employment litigation matters involving a wide variety of laws in state and federal court and before various administrative agencies. I am admitted to practice in NJ and NY.
