Evan Nolan

Evan's practice focuses on private company mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions and includes experience in general corporate governance matters. Evan grew up in Cheviot and attended St. Xavier High School, where he distinguished himself in the classroom and on the field, both of which enabled him to become a member of the Ivy League champion football team University of Pennsylvania. In addition to balancing the demands of life as a student-athlete, Evan portrayed the school mascot, Ben Franklin, at basketball games and charity events. Since his return home from Washington, D.C., where he attended Georgetown Law School, Evan has been actively involved with several young professional initiatives and community outreach efforts. He is a member of Class 9 of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change program for emerging leaders in the region. He serves as Vice President on the Oakley Community Council and has participated in multiple political campaigns. At Katz Teller, Evan serves as a member of the firm’s administrative and finance committees.
