When it comes to things that I am passionate about, I find myself to be constantly invested and very industrious. Less than two years ago, I interned for Sitti Soaps Co., based in Amman, Jordan to design a business plan to help finance a women’s education program for Syrian and Palestinian refugees residing in Jerash Camp. At the beginning of the recent Syrian Refugee crisis, we saw the need for women's education and looked at the relevant skills these women refugees had to build Sitti Soaps Co.The goal was to use the mainstay artistry of making olive oil soap to fund the dire need for women’s education. Being involved with non-profit organizations has taught me how to manage long-term projects with relevant and systematic short-term goals, teamwork, and communication skills.
