Currently serving as a Demand Creation Representative and Behavioural change communicator within Society for Family Health, Nigeria, I am accustomed to the rigors of fast-paced and highly-regulated environments. A small selection of my key accomplishments includes but are not limited to: • As a demand creation representative, together with my team of sales merchandisers we grew the market share for contraceptives by 63% in the North especially Kano state by using the ADOPTION STAIRWAY THEORY which was one of the ways we quantifiably measured the growth of our customers from awareness levels to advocates for these products. I exceeded productivity goals by 25% consistently for four years. • I have successfully organized training and development sessions to increase knowledge and performance of partners and stakeholders. I have carried out a few advocacy visits to the state government, Local government chairmen and traditional heads working closely with Community Based Distributor Agents/Coordinators (CBDA/CBDC) who ensure that women in their community have access to Sayana press (Depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate) and know how to self-inject. • I attend review meetings with service providers where we discuss their performance and gaps to delivering the best practices and suggest new practices to improve program efficiency and better partnership. I have proven expertise in people management skills, monitoring and supervisory skills and the ability to motivate others to achieve set goals and objectives. I have the ability to work on own initiative to specific deadlines with the ability to recognize and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently. I have attended several trainings on people management, program management, customer service and demand creation. I am computer literate with very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with an elaborate report writing skills, an excellent working knowledge on the use of Systems Application and Products (SAP). I have excellent communication skills and I am a team player. I can work with or without supervision. Being responsible for the efficient and effective running of the supply chain and logistics management of products for projects such as Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, CIFF, GFHIV/GFMALARIA, Water treatment and Family Planning in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states in Nigeria, I have the skill base, environmental and cultural knowledge relevant for the execution of similar job description I have a transparent character, a willing to learn and develop attitude.
