I have been working for long period at hydropower project site. The main duties and obligations performed as QA/QC Engineer & manager were: 1. Establishment and implementation documents Quality Assurance and Control: - Project Quality Plan, - System and operating procedures of the project - Quality Control Plans of all Project activities - Documentation preparation and handover 2. Organization and Human Resources Management in the sector of quality (QC Technician & QC Inspectors) 3. Monitoring and control activities about quality of works at the Project 4. Manage and monitoring and control testing activities in Site Laboratory 5. Identify non-conformance and prescribe corrective measures 6. Reporting about Quality control processes and products on Project 7. Manage and monitoring activity Plant on Project (Concrete Batching, crushing and screening plant) 8. Conducting Internal audits in all sectors on the Project for checking implementation QMS. In accordance with job descriptions, I was trained and implemented control activities (processes and product) and inspection in Field laboratories: - Testing of aggregates for concrete and asphalt, - Testing of cement, - Testing of fresh and hardened concrete - Soil Testing My unselfish efforts and energy invested, contributed to the situation of the project of Quality management system successfully evaluated by the Client. Being part of a construction team will be new challenge for me to increase my professional skills and will be a big asset for the company itself.
