Ewelina Kwinta

I joined Pertemps ERP as my first office job after finishing my maths degree. I first worked as a resource consultants enjoying the challenge of finding the one candidate for the most niche jobs I could find. Throughout my time in the company I moved more and more into admin job: When the London office closed, I successfully moved all the admin from London to Cardiff, I learnt to do compliance and payroll and I am now responsible for paying all of Pertemps IT/ERP’ contractors every week. In 2014 I was promoted to Administration Manager and I am involved not only in my regular admin tasks but also trusted more and more with managerial jobs like doing forecasts and finding solutions for all sorts of problems that arise at Pertemps. I'm versatile and picks up new things very quickly but most importantly I'm great at thinking outside the box solving problems in my own unique way. I enjoy the challenge of a problem that no one else can figure out and I won’t give up until it is fixed. IT support, Payroll and Compliance, training new staff and just keeping everyone in the office sane is what I do best!
