I am an attorney at Ellsworth Family Law in Mesa, Arizona. Our law firm litigates in the areas of dissolution of marriage, child custody modification, child support modification, spousal maintenance modification, severance of parental rights, adoption, personal injury, auto accidents, dog bites as well as conducts arbitration and mediation. Previously, I interned under the general counsel of a surplus-line insurance corporation headquartered in Phoenix that conducts business in all 50 states. There I reviewed corporate contracts, conducted statutory surveys and legal research, as well as statutory interpretation. I also had the opportunity to intern at a civil litigation law firm in Phoenix that represented debt buyers against consumer debtors. They also litigate personal injury law. While interning, I sat in on pretrial conferences, conducted legal research, and drafted numerous pleadings and motions for court.
