Frederick Leathers

Mr. Leathers was the CFO of OBDS from June 2008 until its sale in October 2011. Mr. Leathers, a certified public accountant, oversaw the financial operation of Hebrew SeniorLife's eight-site network of care as its CFO. Mr. Leathers has served as chief financial officer of four publicly traded companies whose activities include the operation of nursing homes, assisted living andsubstance abuse facilities, physician practice management, and clinical research. Taking a break from finance, he taught special needs students at Cardinal Cushing School in Hanover. A graduate of Tufts University, Mr. Leathers earned his M.B.A. at Boston University. He began his career as an auditor for Creelman and Smith, a small Boston accounting firm. He has also held positions at Nynex, State Street Bank and Trust Company, and Meditrust.
