Fabiane Dalben de Faria

Fascinated by the world, knowledge and people: this is me. I have a diverse background that includes extensive experience as a high school writing composition teacher (face to face and online environment) and management assistant. The combination of these areas is the perfect scenario for me: to support those who seek to develop, whether in a company (working with training and people development) or in a school or university, helping students and teachers to achieve their goals. To work with people and help them recognize their needs and points for development, communication is the key. That's why I did my Master's in Linguistics, focused on argumentation strategies. In addition, throughout my career in education, I have developed other skills, among them: leadership, teamwork, flexibility and problem-solving, which are important when we are in touch with people with different backgrounds. I made my journey to the Netherlands a few months ago after spending the majority of my life in Brazil, and what a great opportunity for self-knowledge this has been. Here and now, I am open to new challenges, so I am currently looking for opportunities to work as educational advisor, language content creator, HR training and development, management assistant among others.
