I am an adaptable, hard-working person, always looking to learn and develop. I am passionate about IT and how it works. The aim of IT in my opinion is to make people’s lives easier and enable them to achieve their goals. I enjoy the varied nature of an IT role – if there is a problem there is often more than a way to solve it. In my IT Support Technician roles, I have developed my problem solving and analytical skills, learning always ask questions in an order, keep writing notes like the name of the user, machine number the problem and extra. The customer service aspect of an IT Support Role utilizes my strong communication skills and I get great satisfaction from being able to solve an individual’s problem when they have come to me for help.
