It's all about the team...and data. 📈 For almost 10 years and after going through different experiences in my professional area, now I know that my primary mission as a leader is to help my team release their magic.✨ My initial experience cromes from digital marketing strategies and business development for different industries. I worked mainly with schools, real estate, car dealerships, eCommerce projects, and hospitals. As the technology and opportunities evolve, my focus in leadership is helping my teams get to the mountaintop by aligning the following profiles with our company's goals: Data Scientists, Data Analysts, PMs, Automation Strategists, Growth Hackers, Content, and Design players. Leading a team of +20 players with many different roles and working on international projects is not an easy challenge. That's why I believe corporate culture is the key, so my principal values as a leader are Empathy & Trust. And last but not least, I also enjoy teaching and being a speaker about data analytics, leadership, and digital marketing.
