Fabrizio Gattolin

Fabrizio started working in 1998 , in Turin, at an advisory consulting company (Elsag Group) as a programmer in Mainframe environment, for a data warehouse project managed by IBM for Intesa SanPaolo Bank. Subsequently he went working in Alessandria, at an IT shared service company (Cedacri) where he managed back-office tools and developed procedures in Cobol & DB2, for 30 Italian banks (Asset Mngt office). Fabrizio joined in KPMG Italy (Turin office) in Information Risk Management (IRM) where he worked since 2001 to 2003 as IT external audit for Italian listed clients and as advisor at FIAT Automotive, like Senior in charge, managing organizational aspects and policy compliance too. Starting from 2004 Fabrizio went to Milan office where he stepped into a new role working at the ITS Italy and where he started new job giving IT support for an internal software; afterwards he advanced his position leading the change to paperless, becoming IT Coordinator for Global Audit Applications. From an IT prospective he was the key of success helping Professionals to change mentality and moving Audit Structure from paper to a full electronic management of data. Since 2011 to 2014, Fabrizio has been promoted to National Service Desk Coordinator while he continued to manage Audit Applications working close to Change Management Partner, National Risk Management, DPP and Training Department reaching the goal to speed up some internal and manual procedures making them faster and automated. At the moment he is a Project Management Office (PMO) for Audit Applications and he is part of the IT Governance with the profile of link between Global and Country initiative. In IT Services he enhanced: - Analyze and solve issue - Knowledge of DPP and Risk Management internal procedures - Communication skills and ability to involve people in projects - Analyze new opportunities for automating procedures - Define, implement, maintain and improve IT compliance and local regulatory compliance
