I have been practicing law for over ten years, always focusing on international business transactions. Being involved in complex acquisition deals and private equity operations, I gained significant experience in corporate law matters, and I counselled clients in connection with both negotiating contracts and litigating claims. In this latter regard, I never accept an appointment without being granted the authority to at least explore the possibility of a settlement, as I am convinced that, whenever possible, disputes ought to be resolved in an amicable fashion. In any other instance, I always recommend arbitration as an efficient alternative to domestic courts. If no conflict of interest prevents me from doing so, I can serve as an arbitrator to adjudicate either domestic or international disputes. To this end, I am listed in the panel of neutrals of a few Italian arbitration centres (in Venice and Genoa, among others), but I can also work in ad hoc arbitrations.
