I have achieved experience in Project Management in railways projects, both in Project execution and in Commissioning & Warranty Management. I drive the project to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conformity with the contract according to Customer expectations, constantly seeking additional opportunities in the frame of the contract. I manage the project team based in several Alstom sites (EU and worldwide), and I represent Alstom towards Customers and external stakeholders (Railway Agency, Certification Entities, etc..) About Commissioning and Warranty management for Rolling Stock products, I had experience in international contexts (China, Russia, Finland, Italy, Switzerland, Poland), both in Operation and in Customer Service activities, as warranty operation, budgeting, customer service, product reliability, logistic and spares.
