Fadi Fahad Hammad

Fadi is a dynamic leader with more than 22 years of experience; predominantly in the Banking and Capital Markets industries and more recently (past 8 years) in the field of economic development and job creation working for the Saudi government. Fadi has built a career in developing successful corporate and business level strategies for different sectors and segments and more recently in the field of national and regional economic development. Prior to joining the Saudi public sector, Fadi headed several key positions in the private sector; namely Chief of Corporate Development at the Saudi Stock Exchange; where he lead Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility and EPMO. He was also Vice President at the National Commercial Bank leading the development of the SME business and Vice President at AlKhabeer Capital leading Strategy and Performance . Fadi is an experienced strategist and a persuasive communicator with passion and drive to make a difference, create value and take the lead on any challenge. He also maintains a great track record of optimal utilization of resources leading to overall achievement of business and corporate objectives. Tendency to thrive in fluid environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.Fadi holds an MBA specializing in International Business and Telecommunications with an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from the United States. More recently, Fadi also completed 2 executive education programs from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and M.I.T Sloan School of Management in 2017 and 2018.
