Hi! I am Fadi Jomma, 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting with international companies in Lebanon and Dubai, U.A.E. I started as an accountant in a small local business and with time, hard work, and dedication, I escalated positions while gaining essential skills and experience. Throughout my work journey, I held the positions of chief accountant, financial manager, senior internal auditor, and global financial analyst. My responsibilities in finance overlapped with the responsibilities of the HR department. I got passionate and curious to learn more about this department. When I moved to Canada, I decided to pursue my passion by enrolling into the HRM program in Centennial College. Currently, I am working as a Flow PA in Amazon, where I coordinate with the team the flow of the work in the warehouse based on Amazon’s high safety, quality, and productivity standards.  Proven ability in managing accounting functions encompassing billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other accounts related functions  Proficient in preparing budgets, payrolls, financial forecasts, report variances, monthly financial statements and other regulatory reports  Significant exposure in working on strategic management, organizational development, conducting organizational assessments, performance management and process engineering/re-engineering  Adapt easily to new software  Perform well under pressure; able to meet tight deadline and handle multiple tasks simultaneously  Skilled in managing training and development strategies  Acquired excellent time management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills  Proficient in using MS Office, Account System: Microsoft GP Dynamic, ORANGE, EDM, Sage ERP, and Oracle system
