I work for Kuwait Oil Company, the company operates in Kuwait where is it responsible for the oil and gas production. My responsibilities is related to the gas side of the business as I am responsible to intiate projects for surface facilities to meet the expected production profiles on behalf of thr asset owners and provide technical information to the project team to ensure that the project meets the asset owner requirements and expectations. We also , conduct several technical studies to ensure that technical issues that we are facing or expecting to face are resolved through change in the procedure or implementing changes to the assets. I lead a team of 46 engineers ranging from experienced (20 years) to fresh graduate in a multi dicipline fields which include process, electrical, mechanical and instrument engineering.
