Faisal has over 18 years wireless industry experience in 5G-NR/LTE/VoLTE/UMTS/GSM radio network planning, optimisation and performance management with various vendors and operators including Huawei, NSN, Ex-Siemens, Ex-Motorola, Ericsson, Telenor, Zain and STC. He has a strong track record in project management, team leading, fast-paced roll-outs, milestones delivery, managed services, network audits, bench-marking, vendor swaps, and new features/solutions implementation. He has hands-on experience of industry standard tools such as VIAVI NITRO; Tableau; Huawei SmartCare, Discovery, U2020, PRS/mAOS, WTTX, ACP, NPMaster, NASTAR, OMStar, Assistant, Probe; TEOCO/Aircom ASSET (NetAct), Advantage, Ranopt; Actix/Spotlite; Invovista TEMS; Nemo Outdoor/Handy; Tektronix NSA, etc. Faisal has a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with major's in Wireless Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering. He has produced several publications during his academic career at reputable forums.
