I am a Managing Director at Accenture and a Global Client Account Lead. I’m thrilled to bring Accenture’s global reach, unmatched capabilities, scale and experience to help guide my clients toward solving their most critical business issues while embracing innovation.I also lead our US West Payments practice. My team and I strive to enable our payments clients to adopt industry advances—such as blockchain, P2P payments, mobile payments, open banking and Payments-Platform-as-a-Service (PPaaS). Likewise, we’re eager to help our clients design seamless experiences that will delight their customers as we transition to a cashless society.Prior to joining Accenture, I held leadership and consulting roles for industry market leaders, including Visa, MasterCard, First Data and Citi. In these roles, I built new practices to drive the adoption of innovative payments solutions and services that have had a lasting impact on the bottom line and in the marketplace. My expertise lies in next-generation payments, client experience design, loyalty and rewards, digital transformation, data-driven insights, and growth strategies.I’m passionate about diversity and inclusion, particularly when it comes to empowering and mentoring women and other colleagues who seek to grow personally and professionally.
