Have successfully managed Talent Acquisition and HR business partnering for manufacturing (Plant HR Manager) including various product categories under the FMCG business vertical in my previous roles. Have ~2 years of pre MBA experience in India's leading Oil Sector PSU wherein I handled sales strategy for B2B business of a particular region. I have knowledge of and deep interest in project management, external stakeholder management, Employee Relations, Greenfield factory projects, Talent acquisition, OD and Team Management.
