Faiza Ginai Spittles

I am a highly motivated, self-starting individual with a successful background in the pharmaceutical industry. I achieve results through a combination of excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment or individually on my own initiative. My previous roles have also included compliance lead, marketising liaison, field coach and assisting the training department in ITC presentations. On a day to day basis I am accustomed to working with all levels of the NHS gaining formulary status’ in secondary care and working to update guidelines across primary and secondary care. I have also recently worked to improve communication with stakeholders as hospitals come together during ICS mergers and am combating competitor DES infiltration with PCN clinical directors. I feel confident working in all settings across the NHS building relationships, and ultimately surpassing any given targets.
