I am involved in the preparation of an integrated master project schedule (MPS) which is derived from the programmer and clients needs as defined in the scope of works and from the contractors contract schedules. I am responsible for reviewing and monitoring contractors performance against baseline schedule, commenting on the contractors monthly progress including work methods resources and activity durations. My duties include, but not limited to: Attending project management and progress meetings with client and contractors. Major part of my duties is assessing and evaluating contractors engineering procurement activities, especially long leads items, against delivery schedules. Reviewing and assessing contractors recovery plan, which is requested whenever it is requested Monitor contactors physical progress against baseline schedule & provide early warning signs of variance to the Management and to the Client. Contribute to the, Preparation of the consultant weekly and monthly reports.
