I am an HR Professional with 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Employee Relations and Engagement. My background gives me the added advantage of helping clients find HR Talent for the UAE and Middle East Region. In my experience through the years, I have learned that it is often the most basic things that are missed in your People Strategy that have the most impact on your success as a Leader. Being a strategic driver of organizational efficiency, growth, and profitability, I believe in championing employee empowerment through leveraging personal and professional development, my cumulative experiences, training, igniting passion and purpose, and continuously learning and upskilling myself on performance management techniques, recognition and rewards. Understanding what motivates people at their core facilitates connecting them with the mission and value statement of the company. I value one-to-one coaching sessions with each employee to get to know them and build rapport. Once trust is established, it is easier to get them to discover for themselves why they want to excel in their career and how they are going to do it. By promoting diverse perspective-taking and effectively partnering with leadership to support and develop cultural change, I can advance an organization into one of inclusivity, equity, and diversity.
