Currently, I am working as a customer success specialist at a Danish fintech company called Pleo. I am a process driven person with the ability to synthesise the needs of the customer with the needs and current state of the business into potential futures and translate it into concrete action. I thrive when I get to take ownership and carry out a process from start to finish, where research, collaboration and creative problem solving comes into play.
