As a teacher you have a big moral responsibility. The teacher during its career is forming the future generations. Not only is the teacher a source of knowledge, a reference book and a demonstrator but as well the person who makes school a safe place where the children should be able to express their thoughts and feelings. I see myself as a organized and creative teacher. My students always know the rules, structures and routines of the group, since I strongly believe that all children need rules, structure and routines. When everyone follows these, the group can work creatively together. I believe it is important to challenge the students with their creativity and to help students to find creative solutions to both everyday problems and to complicated math exercises or social issues.
