As nurse instructor in Aga khan university hospital I am responsible to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate training and workshop to the nurse working with cancer and neurology patients. Moreover I have worked in a dynamic and intensely challenging environment of emergency department as part of the resuscitation, pediatric and intensive care units. Furthermore as a competent registered Nurse I have developed excellent communication skills which assist in coordination with patients, family members and other health care team in order to meet patient’s care needs. These skills have also helped me to assist in health teaching of the patients, family and novice Nurses. I currently have a valid nursing license from the Pakistan Nursing Council. Furthermore my qualifications include certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), medication administration, I/V cannulation, conscious sedation, ECG interpretation and aseptic techniques. During my tenure at AKUH I have been recognized as a dedicated person with exceptional capabilities in setting objectives, planning, organizing and evaluating the activities of the assigned patient care area. I feel I have leadership qualities and I am passionate about improving services excellence
