Had joined Headstart in 2018 till 2020. Worked with Naznin Murtaza, CEO Headstart as branchhead for her GT Road Campus for two years again an extremely challenging programme to develop further professionally. But. 8 years of my career with khadija Mushtaq as an Ivian, have yet to come across a challenging and motivating education platform. Well. 27 years of experience in the field of education has its own benefits but to say that one knows everything, would not do justice to the ongoing digitally charged environment of education. Therefore, I’d love the idea of “starting from the scratch BUT with experience and a certain degree of maturity in this field now.” I started my career as an English, History and Geography teacher for the primary and secondary classes in 1993. Like all young girls, was extremely enthusiastic, energetic and emotionally sensitive even for the smallest responsibility that I took and did my job to the best of my abilities. Gradually, I progressed as an O’level English teacher, a student counsellor, Dean for my subject, a coordinator and finally as Principal. When I look back now, the only thing that I haven’t comes to term with, is the urge of learning and starting anew whether it is managing, counselling, editing or teaching. So, I didn’t stop here and tried my best to keep going and at the moment, I’m working from home, tutoring an A level student of mine in English language (9093) and also updating my concepts with regards to English literature (As and A level 9695) in an online tutor guided training course/session with British Council which again, is a pure delight to be a part of an exceptionally candid and focused learning platform with candidates from all around the world.
