Responsible for Validation, characterization of new/current equipment and lead safety and ergonomic improvements. Collaborate with external equipment suppliers on equipment design and improvement. Creating detailed Manufacturing to define new processes and document new equipment operation, develop preventive maintenance procedure and a comprehensive spares list. Manage Continuous improvement projects to drive equipment improvements based on PFMEA/ DFME. Responsible for the coordinating of work and leading maintenance team. This includes the daily tasks of leading, developing and organizing maintenance functions; planning for both preventive and daily maintenance and improving existing equipment. Work with continuous improvement with quality in focus. Ensure that team member had update knowledge in facility maintenance as well as safety methods, procedures and techniques. Support in the implementation of the Environmental, Safety and Health Affairs (ESHA) group policy, action plans, standards and the compliance with laws and regulations (including waste and contamination management). Coordinating with other functional teams such as production, quality, site operation and supply chain for smooth functioning of plant as well as preparation for regulatory & customer audit.
