Step-up Supervisor June 2015. -Sr. DCS Panel Operator June 2013 – June 2015 -Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (SIPCHEM) * Responsible for control room panel commissioning operation through Distributed Control System of complex oil gas system, mainly during commissioning also during normal operation, start-up, shutdown and emergency situations. * Operate and manages process parameters of number of units at the same time, controlling flow, temperature, chemistry, etc. through DCS Operating System to achieve safe first start-up of the plant and achieve and maintain safe operation and defined performance target. * Responsible for the operation of the plant, working a 8-hour rotating shift schedule to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
