Responsible for leading the product development teams to scale effectively and sustainably in line with organizational growth, ensuring a continued focus on quality, customer-centricity and innovation for the MyCLNQ Health systems supporting connected health and related systems. Responsible for the design and delivery of Digital Healthcare solutions focusing on the building Digital choices for primary care, driving technology strategy and collaborating with the functional partners to help develop and influence strategic IT roadmap and will actively engage and partner with different teams to shape new business model offerings and deliver end-to-end business capabilities. Holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Magadh University in India. Ability to build strategic relations with stakeholders across the verticals with experience in working directly with CXOs & Marketing, Finance, Technology teams. Diverse work experience across start-up & enterprise level businesses. Contributed to the company’s growth over years in various capacities, from being the technical lead developing the product line, to a lead in customer engagements and to a lead in defining the product charter. Professional experience includes overseas assignments in United States and managing clients from United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Middle East and India. Possess experience in managing and delivering with multiple partners and geographically distributed teams.
