Fatima Gomez Nanan

Fatima Gomez is a first generation graduate in Communication Studies, Public Relations. She is attending California State University San Bernardino, and will graduate in Fall of 2021. Fatima has ran social media accounts for her schools radio, known as CoyoteRadio. She was able to post daily content on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Doing that, she was able to acquire social media skills to bring higher engagement to that organization. She has also volunteered for multiple nonprofit organizations such as Feeding America Riverside San Bernardino and Youth Cycling Association. Fatima has created content for both organizations to post on social media platforms. She strongly believes in helping others, therefore she takes full advantage of the opportunities she receives. Not only does she enjoy helping others but Fatima is also very ambitious. Fatima acquired an assistant manger position at Little Caesar’s for 3 years. There she acquired the skill of managing, hiring, training, and problem solving. Throughout her University career and her history in jobs, she learned the importance of teamwork. She is able to work well with others, whether she is leading or following. Along with her classmates, Fatima has written for her schools newspaper, Coyote Chronicle. There she was able to interview people and write stories. She is currently a sales associate at T-Mobile. One of of her many skills is adaptation. Not only does Fatima adapt quick to a new environment but she also exceeds in everything she puts her mind to. While working at T-Mobile she quickly earned one of the top seller title in the whole Southern California Region. Hitting at least 10k in revenue, Fatima is able to meet the company's monthly quotas. Not only does she have great customer service but Fatima is also very reliable. She speaks both English and Spanish, which allows her to reach a bigger audience.
